Since joining Julia Shildkret Real Estate Group in 2003, she has excelled in building meaningful client relationships, helping families and individuals achieve their real estate dreams.
In 2006, she began working closely alongside Julia Shildkret as an Associate Broker, a collaboration that has now led to Lena taking on the leadership of the brokerage as part of the newly formed Julia & Lena Metelev Real Estate Group. Known for her approachable, attentive service, Lena ensures clients feel valued and supported throughout every transaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys art, theater, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Thanks to her corporate background, Julia placed a strong emphasis on systems and marketing, which has helped build strong customer service for the Julia Shildkret Real Estate Group. After many rewarding years at the helm of this company, Julia has decided to step down from her active leadership role and shift her focus to a consulting position within the newly formed Julia & Lena Metelev Real Estate Group. This will allow her to concentrate on providing specialized guidance and support to both our team and clients while working on strategic initiatives that will propel us into our next phase of growth.
In her spare time, Julia enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, attending theater and spending time with family and friends.
